Australian Customers

How long does it take for my order to arrive? 

We promise to ship within 5 business days once you place your order with us. Once we despatch the order, it can take anywhere between 1 and 5 business days to reach you

Can I track my order? 

Yes you can! Once your order is packed and despatched, you will receive an automated e-mail with a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the link to activate. With this feature you can track your order all the way to your doorstep.

International Customers

If you are based outside of Australia and would like to purchase any of our products, please send an email to hello@onetenth.com.au to let us know which items you are interested in and your delivery address. We will then provide you with a shipping quote to consider. 

Returns / Exchanges

What's your return policy?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your One Tenth purchase. The returned items must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with original tags/labels attached. The items can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of delivery. If we made a mistake or the item arrived defective, please email us at hello@onetenth.com.au and we’ll make things right. 

To return or exchange an item please follow the steps below:

  1. Email us your order confirmation email and advise us of your new size or item desired. Please note we cannot guarantee all items and sizes will be in stock for exchanges.
  2. We will then revert back with confirmation within 2 business days
  3. Once your return is received (at your cost), your new item(s) will be shipped out at no additional cost or we will issue your refund.

 Note:  Sale items cannot be returned.
